Returns & Refunds.

At Nelly Boo we are proud to offer high quality products from a selection of the best baby brands.

We offer several services to help you see and select the right products for your family including Virtual and In-Store Viewings with our friendly team of Product Experts.

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for exchange (equal value product or item) or a Nelly Boo In-Store Credit. A cash refund may be available at Nelly Boo discretion (Consumer Guarantees Act 1993).

Returns & Refunds Policy:

A return / exchange must be initiated with Nelly Boo within 14 days of the original purchase date.

The product must be in the original unopened packaging, in unused condition with all labels and tags attached.

The product must be returned with the original invoice / receipt as proof of purchase.

Please choose sale items carefully as they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made in person or by post.

If you think you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please contact our Customer Care Team and they will assist you.

Unfortunately, due to safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept ‘change of mind’ returns on car seats, potties, bottles, teats, toilet trainers, nappies and breast pumps and breast accessories

We accept returns / exchange on most full price products that are either damaged or unsuitable.

If the package is damaged upon arrival via courier do not sign or accept delivery.Should this occur, request that the package be returned to sender.

Process For Return/ Exchange:

To begin a return or an exchange process please contact our Customer Care Team with via phone, email or in-store. They will help guide you from there.

The product must be physically returned to Nelly Boo at Shop 9a, 30 Walters Road Takanini, Auckland 2112 within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.

Any freight (courier or post) must be arranged by the purchaser and is the purchasers expense.

All returned items must be appropriately packaged safely and securely to avoid any damage to the item.Nelly Boo reserves the right to deny any return if received in a damaged state due to poor packaging.

We recommend that you check your purchase order against your receipt as soon as you receive the items you have ordered to determine if any returns or exchanges are required.

Nelly Boo will take action within a reasonable time (within 30 days from date of purchase) to correct any error or inaccuracy which is brought to our attention.This applies to all requests for Return / Exchange and goods that have manufacturer faults or damage during delivery.
