Nelly Boo Click & Collect.

We are pleased to offer the additional service of Click & Collect from our Nelly Boo Takanini Store.

How It Works:

    Simply shop online, and choose the FREE Click & Collect option at the checkout.

    We will let you know via email when your order is ready for collection. Please note if you have ordered multiple items, your order may be ready to collect in separate instalments (due to stock levels and availability).

    Please visit the store during normal store operating hours. Please bring your order confirmation documents and a valid photo ID (e.g. Passport or Driver Licence).

    If COVID-19 alert levels allow customers to come into store:

    Please come to the front counter to collect your order. Let us know your name and order number on arrival. We kindly ask you to wear a mask, scan the QR code upon entry, and maintain 2m distance from others at all times.

    If COVID-19 alert levels only allow for contactless collection:

    Please park up at the store, and give us a call on 09 212 2112 to let us know your name and order number. We will leave your order on the table at the door for contactless collection.

Click & Collect
FAQ’s:

We process orders daily, so if the product/s are in stock in store we aim to have them ready for collection within 48 hours of receiving your order. If a product/s is not in stock in store, we will order the item into store and let you know it is ready.  We endeavour to have all Click & Collect orders ready within 10 days of receiving them. 

Please be patient as there are currently delays in courier services which are impacting stock levels. If you would like to check if your order is in stock in store we recommend you contact us before placing an order.

If you can’t make it into store yourself, please let us know via email (info@nellyboo.co.nz) the details of the person who will be collecting your order. Your nominated person just needs their ID, and the order confirmation email to collect it for you.

Due to limited in-store storage we can only hold your order in store for a maximum of 14 days from the date of us sending your ‘order is ready for collection’ email. If you haven’t collected your order during this time we will try and contact you using the contact details you provided when you ordered. If you are unable to collect your order, we will cancel your order and refund you for this purchase.

There is no minimum or maximum purchase amount for Click & Collect.

We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

We endeavour to have your order ready for collection within 10 days of receiving your order. If a product is not in stock in store, we will order the item into store for you and let you know when they are ready. Please be patient as there are currently delays in courier services which are impacting stock levels. 

If you would like to check if your order is in stock in store we recommend you contact us before ordering. 

Collection is from our store located at Takanini Town Centre, Shop, 9a, 30 Walters Road Takanini, Auckland 2112. 

Click & Collect is available during our normal business trading hours.

All of our items are available for Click & Collect (pending stock availability). This service is free of charge for all customers.

When collecting your order at Nelly Boo you will be required to show your order confirmation documents. 

We reserve the right to ask for a valid photo ID (e.g. Passport or Driver Licence) to help us verify who you are.

You may appoint a representative to collect your Click & Collect order on your behalf. For security, we ask you inform us of the collecting parties full name prior to them coming for collection via our email info@nellyboo.co.nz. Please ask your representative to bring your order confirmation documents as proof of purchase. Please note that we will require a valid photo ID (e.g. Passport or Driver Licence) to verify who your representative is.

If you are unable to collect your order for any reason, please call Nelly Boo as soon as possible and prior to 14 days from the date you are notified by email your order is ready for collection.

Click & Collect orders must be collected within 14 days (2 weeks) from the date you are notified by email that your order is ready for collection. If you haven’t collected your order during this time we will attempt to contact you using the contact details you provided when you ordered. If you are unable to collect your order, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you for this purchase. 

Our standard Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all Click & Collect orders. If you wish to return or exchange your order, or if an item is faulty, please contact Nelly Boo in the first instance.

Nelly Boo reserves the right to change or discontinue Click & Collect service at any time, without notice.
