Spend and Win Competition

1. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these and any other applicable terms and conditions. This competition may have additional terms and conditions and wherever possible the additional terms and conditions will be posted at www.nellyboo.co.nz

Promoters

2. The Promoters of this competition are NellyBoo Limited (‘Nelly Boo’).

Promotion Period

3. The competition commences on 11/11/2024 and runs until 02/12/2024 (Promotion Period).

4. There will be a total of 1x prize draw with 2x prize winners (total of 2 winners across the Promotion Period).

Eligible Purchase

5. You will receive one entry in the draw for each $100 spent in a single transaction from a Nelly Boo Store (Takanini and Rotorua) or the Nelly Boo Website during the Promotion Period and provide your contact details online or instore at the time of payment, (Eligible Purchase) from Nelly Boo Online www.nellyboo.co.nz; Takanini Address: Takanini Town Centre, Shop 9a, 30 Walters Road, Takanini, Auckland 2112; Rotorua, Address: Rotorua Central, Shop 14/1170 Amohau Street, Rotorua 3010 (Participating Stores). When your contact details are provided you will automatically be entered into the draw.

5a. Each spend of $100 in a single transaction is valid for 1 entry into the prize draw. E.g. a $200 purchase will earn the entrant 2 entries. Spend will be rounded down to nearest $100 – e.g. a $250 spend will earn the entrant 2 entries. Spend must be in a single transaction and cannot be accumulated across different transactions.

Eligibility to enter and to win a prize

6. To be eligible to enter this competition and win a prize:

1. you must be a New Zealand resident and 18 years of age or older;
2. you must have made an Eligible Purchase (a total spend of $100 or more in one transaction during the promotional period);
3. you must provide your current contact details at time of purchase;
4. you cannot be a Nelly Boo staff member, or their immediate family;

How winners will be selected

8. The prize winners will be drawn by Nelly Boo on Tuesday 3 December 2024.

2 x winners will be selected at random from all entries.

Notifying winners

9. Winners will be notified by Nelly Boo once a draw has been completed within 5 working days of the draw, via the contact details on record used to enter the competition. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days of a draw occurring or if Nelly Boo determines that a winner is not eligible to participate in a draw the prize will be forfeited, a further draw will be conducted, and the prize allocated to the new winner.

10. The Promoters are not responsible if a winner cannot be contacted following the draw due to incorrect or out of date contact details being provided for the Nelly Boo system, and any such winner will forfeit the prize to the next eligible winner, on these Terms and Conditions.

Prize conditions

11. Prizes must be sent to, or collected by winners within four weeks of the prize winner being notified via the contact details on record. Prizes can only be sent within NZ.

12. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and are not redeemable for cash.

13. The selection results are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Winners can only be awarded one prize. If a winner is drawn for any additional prize, the prize will be forfeited, a further draw will be conducted, and the prize allocated to the new winner.

Verifying compliance with these terms

15. Nelly Boo reserves the right to verify the identity of any entrant (including an entrant's identity, age, and city/town of residence) and to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Exclusion of liability

16. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, Nelly Boo, their respective employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any person (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this competition or with winning, redeeming or benefiting from the prize.

Disputes

17. In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the competition including eligibility the decision of the Promoters will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by the Promoters will be entered into.

Additional terms

18. The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate the competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Privacy

19. All entries remain the property of Nelly Boo. Your personal information may be used to conduct this competition and for future promotional and publicity purposes in relation to this competition. By entering this competition you consent to the use of your personal information for these purposes. Nelly Boo’s Privacy Policy will apply to all personal information that we collect from you.
